At Calvyr, every piece is crafted to reflect dark luxury, precision, and exclusivity. Due to the nature of our jewellery and strict quality control, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds.

No Return / No Refund Policy

• All sales are final once an order is placed.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after dispatch.

• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order ID.
If approved after verification, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.
